I REALLY need to get my shit together and learn how to listen when people talk.... Even I'm starting to get annoyed with my ignorance of others! Like today: I gave the kids pizza for lunch, and then found out that we were having pizza for dinner too!
Imaginary Voice: That doesn't sound so bad, Dakota...
Me: They told me two days ago, but I wasn't LISTENING!
Do you see my dilemma? I just hope that this over all Florida experience will help me with said skills... Or lack-there-of!
Side note: I've also been having a lot of pregnancy dreams lately, but we can chalk that off to being in babysitter mode 24-7, yes? My sense of logic in them is also shattered, which is quite uncommon for MY prego dreams, since after a while I usually remember my virginity - not the case all-of-a-sudden... Anyways, cheerio! ^.^

Kotar's Shower Revelations Numero Uno
My mom ALWAYS used to say, "Can't never did anything!" And up until today my response has always been: "I'd like to meet this 'Can't'!"
I realized in the shower today, that "can't" is a prime motivator. Someone tells me, "You can't do this or that" and I call bullshit!
I say, "I have done 'this' and I WILL do 'that'!"

Final Destination: Islands of Adventure - July 15
Obviously, I went to Universal again to day, hence the "Islands of Adventure," and we had a lot of fun... I went on the hogwarts ride and they all deserted me.... So then I went on the Dragon Challenge ride (no wait for single riders) and there was a slight problem. As we were pulling out of the loading area, the ride stopped completely! It took like 20 minutes for them to come out and tell us that I had to switch places with a woman in a knee brace because THEY should have put her on the end of the row. A woman from the row in front of me freaked, screaming "Let me out, let me out!" So, they did.
I got REALLY nervous just sitting there, remembering the openning seen from Final Destination 3 (with the roller coaster).
The ride went on as planned and it was fun. The people in the first row (related to woman who freaked) demanded a free ride, and for some reason or another, I stuck with them and went on again. This time, I was in the first row, with them! It was sooooooooo much cooler. I also found out that the lady who flipped out and got off the ride got free EXPRESS passes to all the other rides.... Just goes to show: "Always make a scene, drama queeen!" ;P

Water Wonderful Life - July 14
How do you sneak a bra out of a bathroom? You can't stuff it inside another bra (Heather); I tried! LOL. I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom to find that I had left my bra hanging on the inside of the door. Baka!
So... I played more MechQuest, this time with my nephew. For lunch we went to McDonald's, and then tried to find the aquatic center... (water slides & pool) We drove around aimlessly for like an hour, trying to follow a stupid map after we ended up at the wrong place! I hate maps... Explanation, to come (in Dakota land)... It felt we were there for ever and it was kinda disappointing.
So, all in all it was a pretty good day and I only wrote a blog entry because I missed you.

TheWollmerBlog.SidewalkChalk.LOL - July 11
This morning the kids and I went for a run! OMG, we did like 4 laps around the block, imitated some cranes, and then went in the house. Before that, we watched "George of the Jungle" for the third time, and AFTER, played Barbies... (BLEH! = Barbie Roberts) Did u know Barbie's last name was Roberts? No joke! (almost wrote "lol")
I told the kids like 10 "spooky scaries" (as Izzy calls them) and we had a dance party to the oldies! ^.^ We had pizza + carrots for lunch, and I tried pizza in ranch for the first time ever (never.again)... After lunch we played hide and seek and i had them do some Summer HW! ;) Finally, we watched "Alvin and the Chipmunks The Squeakual" and went outside to draw with chalk on dee sidewalk mon! :P Where, I indulged myself in a little "free advertisement."
